Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
NOTE: WE ONLY RETURN OR REFUND IF PRODUCT DAMAGED, WRONG or ANY FAULT. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have accept the package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
Returns:
We stand behind the quality of our products. We will accept returns or provide refunds solely for incorrect or damaged items sent. Notify us within 07 days of delivery to initiate the return process. Returned items must remain unused and in their original condition and packaging. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

At GlameCart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free exchange process.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Sale, clearance, or personalized/customized items are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process
- Request an Exchange
- Contact our Customer Care team at support@glamecart.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
- Approval & Instructions
- Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for safely returning the item(s) to our warehouse.
- Inspection & Processing
- Upon receipt, the item will be inspected to ensure it meets our exchange conditions.
- Once approved, you may:
- Select a replacement item of equal value, or
- Pay the difference if choosing a higher-value item.
Important Notes
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we will offer store credit instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within
48 hours of delivery. In such cases, GlameCart will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement at no extra cost.
